Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of CESPA is traditionally held in the first term of the new school year and all parents/guardians of children attending the European School at Culham, being automatic members of CESPA, are invited to attend and contribute their views. Members of the School Management are usually also in attendance for part of the meeting to give parents an opportunity to meet them and ask questions.

Elections
Existing CESPA Committee Members stand for re-election at the AGM and CESPA is keen to keep on as many experienced members as possible. All positions can however be contested. Those interested in standing for election, will be invited to say a few words about themselves at the AGM. Candidates must have a child in the section they wish to represent. Candidates unable to attend the AGM personally can send either a representative or put their application in writing. Job allocations within the newly elected CESPA Committee are made during the first meetings of the new Committee each year.
